Pine florals, grain, ripe dark fruits, ripe apple, CCCCCCC pine grain, waxy ripe fruits, tart, raspberry, dark chocolate, drying, light oak, calrified butter, oaky finish... acidity goes from tart to sharp as cools, fruits turn edgy, but stay balanced in cup - cold this coffee is very nice! fruits are very edgy though...
